1. Controller
The controller of the personal data processed through this website is Amexa Agency SA, a company registered in Switzerland (UID CHE-101.799.702). You can contact us about privacy matters at operationsteam@amexaagency.com. This policy applies to the website amexaagency.com. The partner portal at partners.amexaagency.com, amexagreen.com and tapereader.co are separate services with their own terms and privacy notices.
2. What data we process
Contact form. When you write to us through the contact form we receive the data you enter: first name, last name, email address, organisation, area of interest and your message.
Email. When you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message and any attachments.
Technical data. When you visit the website, our hosting provider's servers automatically record technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the pages requested, the browser type and the referring page. This data is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.
Fonts. The fonts used on this website are stored on our own server. Your browser does not contact Google or any other font provider to display them.
Browser storage. After you confirm the legal notice shown on your first visit, your browser stores a single marker for the duration of your browser session so that the notice is not shown again on every page. It is deleted when you close the session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
3. Why we process it, and on what basis
We process contact data to answer your enquiry and, where you ask for one, to prepare a business relationship. We process technical data to operate, secure and improve the website. We keep records where the law requires it. The legal bases are our legitimate interest in operating the website and answering enquiries, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
4. Who receives your data
We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions:
Infomaniak Network SA, Switzerland, for web hosting and email.
Formspree, Inc., United States, which processes contact form submissions and forwards them to us.
If you follow a link to Calendly to book a call, Calendly processes your data under its own privacy notice. We may also disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority.
5. Transfers abroad
Some of the providers above, in particular Formspree, are located in, or process data in, countries outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area, notably the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards permitted by Swiss data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, as applicable.
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for the period in which a business relationship or a legal retention duty may apply, and then delete or anonymise them. Technical server logs are kept for a short period only.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections to this website. No transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please do not send confidential account, payment or identity-document details through the contact form or by unencrypted email.
8. Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you may ask us for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, for restriction of its processing, and for a copy of it in a common format, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To exercise a right, write to operationsteam@amexaagency.com. We may need to verify your identity first. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or with your local data protection authority.
9. Audience
This website is directed at professional clients and qualified investors and is not intended for children.

We may update this policy. The version published on this page, with its date, is the version that applies.
