Amexa Agency SA is registered as a Client Advisor with BX Swiss AG under article 28 of the Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA). This registration is not an authorisation or a supervision by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). The Tape Reader LLC, a United States affiliate, is registered with the National Futures Association as a Commodity Trading Advisor. It is a separate legal entity, and any services it provides are provided under its own terms and regulatory status.
